The new catheterization and enema teaching practice model integrates the two basic operation training functions of urology and intestinal care, providing more comprehensive teaching support for nursing colleges, hospital training centers and skills assessment scenarios. The model is designed based on the real anatomical structure of the human body, featuring accessible urethral orifice, anus, rectal passage and bladder cavity. It can simulate the key steps of catheterization, indwelling catheterization, anal canal insertion and enema operations. Its interior is made of soft and elastic simulation materials, enabling trainees to obtain resistance and hand feel feedback close to clinical conditions, and helping them master the correct insertion Angle, depth and force.
Some models are equipped with transparent structures or feedback systems, which facilitate teachers' demonstrations and students' self-correction, thereby enhancing the standardization and accuracy of operations. The model can be reused multiple times, avoiding the risks brought by beginners' direct contact with patients and enhancing the safety of training. This teaching model is applicable to basic nursing teaching, skills competitions, job training and scenario simulation exercises, and it is an important tool for improving nursing operation ability.
