Secondly, place the model arm flat, apply a tourniquet, observe and touch the vein direction at the elbow, and select an appropriate puncture point. Subsequently, strictly follow aseptic operation and disinfect the puncture site with iodophor or alcohol cotton balls. When inserting the needle, maintain an appropriate Angle, with the needle tip facing upwards, and insert it slowly. Once blood returns, fix the needle promptly and release the tourniquet. After confirming that the needle position is correct, simulated infusion or blood drawing operations can be carried out.

After the operation is completed, the needle should be pulled out, the puncture point pressed to prevent leakage, and the waste properly disposed of.
